Shipping for Orders in Singapore
Free delivery for orders S$30.00 and above within Singapore only.
A delivery charge of S$8.00 will apply for orders below S$30.00.
Orders within Singapore should reach their destination within 3 working days from when the order is received.
Shipping for Orders in South-East Asia & Australia
Please email us your order. We will quote you delivery charges depending on the size and weight of your order.
Overseas orders normally take between 3-21 days to deliver. This is subject to delivery method, location and customs clearance of the relevant country.
Tax & Duty
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer purchasing the product(s) to cover any costs relating to any import taxes and/or customs duties and any other similar charges incurred during the importation process of the product into their country.

For orders within Singapore, you can contact us here for your delivery status.
For other countries, we will send you your tracking number via email.
Policy & Terms
Prices are inclusive of 7% Goods and Service Tax (GST).
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from essliv.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Working days are Mondays through to Fridays excluding Public Holidays.
Delivery times might take longer during sale periods, holidays and bad weather.
