Delivery in Singapore
Free delivery for orders S$ 50.00 and above within Singapore only.
A delivery charge of S$ 8.00 will apply for orders below S$ 50.00.
Orders within Singapore normally arrive within 3 working days from when your order is received.
Policy & Terms
Prices are inclusive of 7% Goods and Service Tax (GST).
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from essliv.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Working days are Mondays through to Fridays excluding Public Holidays.
Delivery times might take longer during sale periods, holidays and bad weather.
Our warehouse and delivery personnel take great care in delivering our products to you, but should your order arrive damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery.
We put a lot of effort into choosing what we feel will be the best products for you. If in the event you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from us, please return the item unopened and in undamaged packaging within seven days of purchase to the following address:

- Overseas orders are currently limited to 2kg in weight by our courier company DHL for us to receive competitive rates.
- If you wish to place an order greater than 2kg, please contact email@example.com with your order and we will arrange a quote for you.
- Our Soy and Almond milks are excluded from overseas orders as it is generally not price competitive to supply them to you by courier.
Delivery times are normally between 3 to 14 days for most countries, though in some cases it could stretch to as long as 21 days plus.
Import Taxes & Duties
Orders that are imported may be subject to customs duties and other charges levied by the destination country. All such additional charges must be borne by the recipient.
Damages & Returns
Our warehouse team take great care in ensuring our products are well packaged, but should your order arrive damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you wish to return a product, this can be done within seven days of receipt. Products need to be returned unopened and in undamaged packaging. Delivery fees are not refundable and costs relating to the return of the product are for the account of the customer.
